WW1 British Infantry Officers 1897 Ptn Sword with Leather Scabbard and Frog

Description

This is a used WW1 British Infantry Officers Sword with Leather Scabbard and Frog. The handle is leather wrapped which is normal for the era with a wire wrap. The guard is plain with a George the 5th cypher on it. The blade has grayed with age and has never had any etching on it. The maker is Fenton Brothers in Sheffield. It has a broad arrow on one side near the guard. The frog has seen better days as it has dried out but it is still all there. The scabbard is complete but is also dry I accept all forms of payment.
