Vintage Original 1903-1923 Mitchell Automobile Wood Wheel Grease Cap/ Dust Cover

Up for bid is a is a nice used original wooden wheel center grease cap / dust cover that was was obtained from an old service garage.  There is no part number on the piece, however from limited research on the internet, I believe this to be used on the following models and years:
1903-1923 Mitchell
As always, please do your own individual research to be certain this is the cap you need as I do not have a Mitchell Automotive Parts list to confirm the application listed above.  The cap is very heavy and I believe it to be made of nickle plated brass. It is in good used condition and is free of any major dents or damage. The inside diameter of the cap is 2.939.  The threading on the inside appears to be in good condition and not stripped or damaged. I did gently clean the piece, however the inside will need a cleaning as it has the residual grease from previous installation.
