Description

Vintage authentic George V British Royal Artillery officer's sword, 85.5 cm single edged fullered steel blade etched with stylised foliage and swags with Royal cypher and Royal Artillery badge, the nickel plated steel 3 bar hilt with wire bound fishskin grip(surface rust to plating), leather service scabbard, 88 cm, the blade has black rust patches which could be improved upon by an expert etching is in good used condition, the ricasso bears brass stud marked "PROVED W" , a fine example in totally original condition.
