Vintage Asian Chinese Carved Stone Seal Name Stamp Yinzhang "Chop" with Box.
The carved name is Meng An-YI, which appears more Chinese than Korean or Japanese.
Meng is a family name (eg, of Mencius) with several possible meanings, "eldest," "first", "great."
An-Yi would be the given name
An means "peace"
YI means "harmony, pleasure, joy"
A slip of paper with the seal stamped came in the box. Typically the seal carver includes such a slip as a sample to show how the work came out.
The red box is covered with embroidered silk and closed with a bone fastener.
When sold it would have included  a small container with a red ink pad for stamping the seal. It would surely have dried out and been discarded long ago, but is easily obtainable.
