1941-48 Chevrolet Hubcap
This is a never-mounted old aftermarket hubcap, note the absence of the letters that spell "CHEVROLET".  This was probably marketed by J.C. Whitney or some place similar.
Because this was never mounted, it has no dents or scratches in it.  The chrome is nice and shiny, but it does have pin-point pitting in the chrome.
Outside diameter is 9 3/4". Inside diameter of inner lip is 7 1/2".
