    We have a set of 4 1940 Dodge 10" dog dish hubcaps. They are in rough condition. All have some dents and dings in them. The chrome isn't good at all. They are in solid condition. These would be ok for an original driver or a rat rod  but not at all for a nice car. They measure 10" in diameter. The backs look good there is only some surface rust, not rot or rust holes.
