very nice unrestored 100% original Massachusetts license plate. 1908 base; number 095E.  dealer issue.  12 by 6 inches; blue legend on white background.

he plate lies completely straight and flat, with excellent original porcelain as seen in the photos.  fresh out of the barn!  second issue of dealer plates - they first appeared in Massachusetts as part of the undated 1903 Mass. Auto Register base, and the suffix letters were added in 1906.
porcelain plates are fragile, because the coating is literally glass fused to the steel.  to protect it from damage, the plate will be packed carefully for transport.
